White Coats - Community Guidelines

M/s. ValueMomentum Software Services Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") owns and controls the WhiteCoats application ("WhiteCoats App", "App"). The App is specifically designed for Medical Practitioners ("you", "your", "user") to effectively communicate, collaborate and network using applications provided in various mobile and web platforms.

You, along with other users of the App are construed to be a community for the purpose of the App ("Community"). We strive to maintain high quality of Services to our Community and for us to accomplish the same; we need user support and co-operation. We expect you to follow these guidelines ("Community Guidelines") while using and accessing the App.

The capitalized words used herein but not defined shall ascribe its meaning from the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Maintain Professionalism

While you are using the App, we expect you to be genuine and professional. Please be honest while giving your advice and do not post any comments or feedback that might be inappropriate, which will degrade the standard of the App and which will make the other users uncomfortable.

2. Respect Other Users

While you are using the App, we expect you not to abuse or misbehave with other users on the App. We reserve the right to remove or reject the comments which are inconsistent to the essence of the Community Guidelines and/or Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy.

3. Follow Applicable Professional Guidelines

Being a Medical Practitioner, there are certain guidelines which are specifically applicable to you, in specific the guidelines / codes issued by Medical Council of India, Dental Council of India or other medical professional councils as applicable. We expect you to be aware of such guidelines and you are required to adhere to the same while using the App.

6. Follow the Laws of the Land

Please make sure that you are in compliance with all the laws applicable to you. Do not use this App to commit any illegal activities or any kind of fraud.

7. Respect these Guidelines and the Changes Made therein

Please follow these Community Guidelines, and if you find any violation of the same by any other user you can report about it to us at support@whitecoats.com. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you give us the right to amend these guidelines subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
